Leslie C. Wilson

VICE PRESIDENT

Leslie C. Wilson knows firsthand what children in the system go through. He has been a Licensed Resource Parent with New Jersey for the past 5 years and has opened his home to several children. Every child he takes in has their own story so helping them to come out of their shell and getting them to show their personality is what Mr. Wilson does best. His loving parenting style conveys to the children in his home that he can be trusted and will always be there for them.

Mr. Wilson has accepted the role of Vice President of Styles house Inc. and his responsibilities will include all major decisions that will have an impact on the direction of the organization. He will oversee the overall operations and resources of Styles House. He will also be the liaison of communication between the board of directors and the organizations operations team. Leslie is to ensure that the board of directors, executive committee, and officers are fully informed of association conditions and of all important factors influencing them. He will oversee all meetings of the board of directors and executive committee.

He is responsible for the planning, formulating and recommendations for all policies and programs that will be presented to the Board of Directors for approval. As the liaison it is his responsibility to prepare the next steps of implementation once the approval process has been completed. Develop specific administrative policies, procedures, and programs to implement the general policies of the board of directors. Mr. Wilson plans, develops and enforces policies and objectives for the organization to ensure it maintains its values and meets established goals.

He will establish a sound organizational structure for the headquarters office. Under the direction of the president or board of directors, he will manage employees and the day-to-day activities of the organization. This includes developing responsibilities for the staff, hiring employees, developing and mentoring staff, as well as ensuring the organization accomplishes tasks to meet its overall goals.
